1. Beta-Carotene is an antioxidant that can in turn, help reduce the impact of oxidation on the body. Some studies have suggested it can reduce the risk of certain types of cancer and heart disease. It may also help slow down cognitive (mental) decline through ageing.

2. Potassium helps minimise the risk of cardiovascular incident, including stroke and high blood pressure, alongside preserve bone and muscle mass. Deficiency can cause fatigue, along-side muscle aching and weakness.

Tips and Ideas

Try making the lemon and garlic mayonnaise, marmite butter or lime and chilli mayo as a dip.
