About Josh

Hey!
I'm Josh, I'm a qualified Osteopath and a certified Personal Trainer. I am passionate about working with people of all backgrounds, all personalities and all kinds of pain presentations. I went to University to study Osteopathy as I was very sporty during my teenage years, playing rugby union and hockey, and taking part in athletics (primarily 100m and 200m sprints).
Home is Devon, however I went to school in Nottinghamshire and I have been in Leeds for nearly 10 years.

My passions include strength training, running, travelling, animals and helping people become their best.

I gained my master's degree in Osteopathy (M.Ost) at Leeds Beckett University achieving a merit in this field. I also achieved 80% in my Final Clinical Competencies exam which continues to be one of the highest grades achieved at the university. I am fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and also practice acupuncture, kinesiology taping and capnography (breathing assessment) to provide you with choice and an holistic approach to your care.

I also completed my level 3 Personal training qualification with Premier. This allows me to combine hands on rehabilitation with advanced knowledge of exercise prescription to help you reach your optimal health and fitness. It also means I can help support your journey into health and fitness whilst decreasing your risk of injury, or keeping you training through your rehabilitation journey!
