A healthier and satisfying alternative to ice lollies for those hot days - great fun to make with the kids too

This will depend on what you put in them, but fruit is generally high in Potassium, Vitamins A and C, Folic acid and dietary fibre among many others. For example Cantaloupe melon has a lot more nutritional benefit than Honeydew melon.

Tips and Ideas
You will need to buy some ice lolly moulds, purchasing ones with a stand is worth every penny as they're less likely to fall over in the freezer.
Experiment with different fruits, and different juices - for example:
1. Apple juice with fresh kiwi and raspberries
2. Orange juice with mango chunks
3. Pineapple juice with fresh pear slices
